Alliances are configured in Mp Properties. Go there, to the Teams tab. Check the boxes next to the first and second players under number one, and next to the third and fourth players under number two. In objectives, in the common section, you configure tasks that will be for all players, and in the player-specific section - for specific players. In this case, go to the player-specific section, for players 0 and 1 (these are the first and second), and make the same task for both.
