How can I play against a real opponent in Heroes of Might and Magic V?

Go to the game, "Multiplayer" -> ubi.com. Enter the key from the box there. Then it will ask for a username and password. There will also be a "New Profile" button – it will automatically redirect you to the correct page. Register, confirm your registration via e-mail, and that's it. You can play now :).
