This is work, not just a name. Communication is the most important component.
It is much easier to automate recruitment than to select participants to your taste.
A newbie is someone who has not been playing Heroes for long, not a pro from another portal who recently registered on HeroesWorld! Strong players are usually known to everyone; for unknown nicknames, admission should be worked out separately. The difference between a noob and a newbie is huge! A noob is essentially a stopper in development, while a newbie can develop quickly if they know what they're doing.
