I didn't get enough sleep before this game for some reason (probably for extra thrill :))... So, the start. I immediately scout the external Naga dwelling, find Crag Hack in the tavern, plenty of gold – I don't take the last restart (even against a red Castle), you never know what it'll give out. On the first week, Nagas in the castle (+ defeated and bought from the external dwelling), in a secondary hero there are Wyverns in the Stronghold, Gremlins from 4 external dwellings, 3 Dragon Utopias (one next to the castle) – that's about all :(, the respawn didn't live up to expectations, although it did free Valeska at level 10 with good skills. Crag Hack takes a back seat (and will later be dismissed entirely), because breaking through a horde of Wyverns (ГО) will be much more pleasant with Expert Archery, and overall...
On the second week, deep in the respawn I find 2 Dragon Fly Hives, a Shield +5, and a second external Naga dwelling. For all this, I linger unjustifiably long in the respawn and enter the center only on day 127 :(. All hope is on Valeska the Fleet-Footed (full set of artifacts/skills for Logistics). I scout the center a bit, waiting for reinforcements to arrive.
Next, I capture the Cape of Speed, a few stat artifacts, a Pandora's Box with 4 Chaos Hydras (the center was generally "swampy" – tons of external Hydra dwellings and such), free Kira at level 20, whom I immediately send home (to take the home Dragon Utopias when possible). And generally the fun begins – sometime around the middle of month 3, I used up my timer (got distracted commenting, reading chat :)), for that extra thrill, so to speak. But despite my game going into "only time for 1 serious fight" mode, the home Dragon Utopias are falling one by one, and the center is being cleared bit by bit.
First contact happened on day 142 – I finally saw the second secondary hero in the center (:), running to the first one was unrealistically long), who was already taken by the opponent. Before that, I broke through the guard of a Pandora's Box/Dragon Fly Hive/Helm of +6 Knowledge, but of course that ended my turn, so all the prizes went to the red scout. I await an attack, but instead Sorsha with Archangels and Co. approaches the castle. I capture the kindly unguarded secondary hero, punish the insolent red scout, and attack the main hero for a test. It turned out there were 6 (!) Mana, so without alternatives I send everything possible from home, take one more home Dragon Utopia with Kira, and jump into a swamp secondary hero at the last second without looking (it had a Mage Guild :)). The opponent retreats.
Then began maneuvers in the vein of "catch and kill the reinforcement/Archangel", "capture the Castle and wait for the Archangels" and so on. In short, by the end of month 4, I finally caught up to Sorsha, who was seeking fortune in the swamp respawn. In the final battle against stats and meat (including Chaos Hydras built at home + Hydras from external dwellings), Berserk didn't save me, I even put on the Orb of Inhibition to be sure of casting.
By the way, there were some pretty funny moves on my part in the game (got wiped with 350+ Gremlins in a backup stack, attacked a Hydra dwelling with 1 Angel thinking it was already captured), but all of that made the game more memorable.
Thanks for the game, respect for the stream and everything else!
