Here, it's all about beginners... People who place the Capitol on the second level are called something else.

What's the point of playing against an opponent, let's say, in chess terminology: a Candidate Master, against an International Master? You'll lose right away. No one plays against Ivanchuk in the very first tournaments...

SO CALL THE TOURNAMENT BY THE RIGHT NAME, and provide clear definitions for different types of tournaments. That's my point. Nothing more, nothing less. And don't tell me about being too lazy to learn how to play and excuse your losses.
