In general, the hero's specialization, starting skills, and parameters do not change. If you want to order someone, you definitely know who. For example, Crag Hack or Galtran. And to simply view a hero's specialization and starting skills, there's PhysMig. Regarding the army, all ordered heroes will come with 1 creature of level 1 from their castle, with the exception of heroes of levels 2-3, who will bring 1 creature of the corresponding level.
