I figured it all out, thanks for the help. I wouldn't have thought to click on the checkbox myself, and I definitely wouldn't have thought to enter the city's name there. Also, I have another question: the quest to find the Tear of Ashi appears, and the option to build something appears as well. But I don't know how to bury it? Thanks for the answer, Winner!!!
