Campaigns for Heroes of Might and Magic V.

Is there a way to give a character a level and skills? Let me explain what I want. As I understand it, the maximum level is 50. But that's not the point. If I want to create a campaign, I need, for example, that at level 2, when the level starts, all the parameters from the first level are saved. How do I do that???? Thank you for your answers! P.S.
