First, a little about the first day, which I shamelessly skipped.
There wasn't much time between arrival and going to bed, so there weren't many events.
On the way to the temporary accommodation, I decided to look for fellow "dreadlocks" on the streets. Didn't find any. But! As soon as I walked into the first "McDonald's," I discovered a pair of dreadlocked people munching on burgers. And here, no one looks at them with extreme surprise, no one asks how to braid/wash, and no one exclaims, "Heh-heh-heh, look, it's Detsl!".
For the third day in a row, it's been hot and stuffy. And I specifically flew north because I hate the heat.
And a little about this day. Today, there was a lot of subway travel. Usually, the handrail moves faster than the escalator, but at the Spasskaya Ploshchad station, I found the first one that was moving slower in my memory.
I bought myself a jaw harp. Simple, factory-made, metal, cheap. I tried to find the right way to play it myself, but I had to resort to the internet. The sound is quite good; I recorded it and attached it to the post. The microphone built into the laptop is useless. Maybe in the future, I'll order an Altai/Yakut one, handmade. Luckily, I found a great online store for ethnic musical instruments.
Tomorrow, at five in the morning, a bus will arrive to take me to Finland.
