I strongly disagree. This is another terrible move by the Mafia, because now, in order to take advantage of this skill, they will have to expose their entire team. It should have been used in a situation where the ratio is n/n+2, where the first number is the number of Mafia members, and the second is the number of Town members. At worst, when the ratio is n+3. But definitely not when the ratio is 5/9. So, "everyone is having fun and celebrating."
