Worshipper – “Conquest” [Campaign 2, Mission 3]

Hey everyone, can you help me out? I've captured all the towns, defeated the Druids, and defeated the hero. The sequence was: defeated the hero, defeated the Druids, captured the towns. But the map isn't completing – do I have to restart? I obviously crossed the border at the beginning.
