I think Verwolka was an alchemist – an advisor is unlikely to be “defenseless”; she has “silver weapons” and a sword in the picture. And the cloak suits an alchemist.
Rimpe should definitely not be executed; she has an alibi, plus the evidence against the archer is very dubious. But we should consider Slonysh; in principle, she could be either an advisor or a golem, but the description of the defense with the missed arrow is very appealing.
