I'll vote for the Archer. First, the Maniac can kill with mana, although you shouldn't rely on that. Second, -3 city defense with zero losses for the Mafia. And the Vigilante can even be robbed and then killed with their special ability. Also, I was misled by someone's words that the clues for the Maniac are usually difficult, especially the first ones, but this one is too obvious.
I could vote for the Sheriff, but since we have a new candidate, I'd try my luck with her.
