1) A good spanking. 2) Teaching him to trust your experience and authority, ideally also making him friendly towards you. None of these points are being fulfilled, so all attempts to re-educate Black are doomed to fail. However, if someone were to chat with him on ICQ every day for several hours, then there would still be some chance of success.
Although the first option in its pure form will not lead to anything good either. I agree about ICQ; it can be used to discuss everything normally and point out shortcomings if necessary.
