Here's the latest save for version 0.4 (lite). Same issue as with 0.3...
I don't use the console at all - I don't see the point in cheating directly.
Next time, please archive the file. I have a slow internet connection.:(

I've checked it. Everything works perfectly for me. Let's check third-party mods that don't affect the interface, and maps that might be acting as mods.
