Due to a recent attempt at cheating and registering two clones as more than one new player, new players will temporarily NOT be registered.
An exception may be made for players who can provide recommendations from other sources (so that this restriction does not affect well-known Mafia players who are playing on HW for the first time).

Number 5, if possible.
