In my opinion, this is a very correct change to the rules!!!!! Better late than never... and I don't think anyone has suffered greatly, because there are probably those who will join us on the last day of registration... they haven't even seen the map... but if the changes had been made in December, then I would agree that there is reason to complain... but as it is, everything is correct!!!
