1st annual offline tournament "Best Of The Best"

I apologize once again to all participants who were affected by the changes in the rules!

There will be no more changes!

P.S. I wanted to make a change on Friday, but I didn't have time.

I hope for your understanding.

Sincerely, VDV_forever

In my opinion, this is a very correct change to the rules!!!!! Better late than never... and I don't think anyone has suffered greatly, because there are probably those who will join us on the last day of registration... they haven't even seen the map... but if the changes had been made in December, then I would agree that there is reason to complain... but as it is, everything is correct!!!
