1st annual offline tournament "Best Of The Best"

I understand this ban and those who agree with it. But this artifact has been known for a long time, and its use should have been prohibited BEFORE the start of the tournament, not in the middle... otherwise, as Amber correctly wrote before editing his post, he has already spent a lot of time, and in the end, it was all in vain...
Dear tournament organizers, this is not how things are done...

In essence, everything was done correctly. It's just a little late... I edited my post myself because I decided to send my comments to the organizers via private message, so as not to raise an unnecessary argument. I suggest we "write off" this oversight as the fact that we are holding the tournament for the first time, and some mistakes are quite acceptable. For the first time... :)

I am also convinced that these changes are final and we will not see any more news in the rules! :)

I think it's not quite like that. "Luck or no luck" is not relevant here. Anyone can find them if they spend enough time... It's just that not everyone has that time... ;) This is probably what it's about.
