Game Assets

We need the game's source code. Where can we get it, or at least where can we find it? I remember Sag trying to interview Gus Smedstad and ask about this, but we've been waiting for 2 years.

We all know that 3DO went bankrupt. Where should we look? In the CIS region, it seems that Buka has the official rights to distribution, but do they have the source code?

What are your thoughts?

I suggest that we might find it at Ubisoft. The rights to 3DO and Heroes of Might and Magic belong to Ubisoft after they bought them in 2003.
Might and Magic definitely belongs to Ubisoft, but I'm not sure about Heroes of Might and Magic, as in 2003-2004, some of 3DO's projects, as well as New World Computing, which they had acquired earlier (around 1996-98), were sold to Microsoft and NAMCO.
