We exhausted all respawns yesterday, started playing today due to poor internet connection.
The elves were dealt an excellent hand - even roads with a castle and native secondary skill. Also 2 external dwellings of elves (unfortunately discovered late). By week 2, the elves were collectively bought, a level 2 Griffin Conservatory was taken, then through scouting I revealed a piece of the grass treasure zone. And there, at the entrance, a Sword +5 and a Hat. I went there, buying out whoever I could from the castle. Along the way, I picked up a Cape of Speed +2.
125 - struggled with a horde of Scorpions, ultimately secured the Hat. That same day, the opponent came to take the castle.
126 - I broke back home with Kyrre, bought a spell book, and refilled mana at the well. At the same time, my scout hero had an unsuccessful fight in the Griffin Conservatory - losing all Centaurs, Dwarves, and Unicorns for 3 Angels.
During his turn, the opponent (having an external Minotaur dwelling) took the castle with a scout hero, broke through with Shakti to the same place, and set up for a power stack, aiming for the treasure zone.
127 - Kyrre, having first taken a minor beehive, arrives with 70 Elves, 4 Wyverns, and 4 Angels. First turn, Armageddon for 1000 damage; the opponent capitulated.
