In the first one he only had horses in the Citadel. And by the end of the second one, horses in the Castle + 1-7 in the Citadel... Seriously, I wonder where you can scrounge up that much money.
The second week is not the first, I don't understand what's so surprising :) You can scrounge up even more money. Dragon Utopia on the 2nd is no longer a myth.
