Which units would you like to replace/add?

Haven has peasants, Academy has golems, Sylvan has dancers, and Dungeon has minotaurs.

I agree! And if that's the case, then these seemingly unnecessary units must serve some purpose! They wouldn't just be randomly added to each faction for no reason. This means they provide a certain balance benefit.
