I can’t install the game.

Yes, it doesn't get uninstalled in the installed programs; it says something like "delete everything," shows that it's being deleted, but it doesn't actually get uninstalled... and now, when I try to install it, it asks if I want to delete all game components. I click yes, and it does the same thing – shows that it's deleting them, but nothing happens... I don't know what to do anymore.
