In my opinion, hydras should be slow tanks with 400 hp and damage

And basilisks - kind of nimble lizards! with good damage and attack, but average hp and weak defense!

and gnolls faster and larger, give the lizards a double shot like in WoG! and let wyverns be without retaliation, due to reduced hp!

That's when it will be cool!:D

I only agree that lizards need a double shot (that's why I loved them in WoG). But everything else, imho, can and should be left as is! A very balanced Castle indeed!! Try playing against it (if it's in skilled hands) - let's see what you sing after that! ;)))))))0
