Technical issues with Heroes III.

It's a minor thing, but it's annoying – almost every time, the "cursor shadow" option in battle gets disabled. Sometimes it stays enabled. Has anyone else encountered this?

And another question – where can I find the latest version of the editor? When I open my own campaign, it says "invalid map file version." I'm trying to set the difficulty...
