Reports of online games and their confirmations (Summer 2011 season).

06/27/2011. StrongPain (Blue, Fortress, Wystan, Wystan) def. Lanser (Red, Castle, Caitlin, Octavia), 2sm4d, 132.


In the first week, I captured both villages, the Inferno village in the underground and the Dungeon village on the rocks. I took a small crypt and a gnoll dwelling, found a treasure (level 3) and a red dragon dwelling, which was guarded by 20-49 diamond golems. I built up my forces as follows: gnolls, lizardmen, snakes, basilisks, and wyverns, all in the Citadel.
In the second week, I checked the treasure, but it wasn't worth it. I captured the dragon lair and bought a Whirlwind in the Dungeon village, preparing to attack my opponent. I found a path through the wilderness, with 20-49 wolves. I sped up on a dragon and arrived, reaching 131 before his capital, and Octavia emerged in all her glory... I thought I wouldn't be able to handle it, as she had more troops, but I decided to attack. I used chains to bring in everything I needed and attacked... the terrain helped a lot, as well as the strength of the lizardmen under Wystan's command. :)
The battle was very long and difficult, then Octavia retreated, and on turn 132, I besieged the Castle. After losing all my archers, I stormed it...
