"Newcomer-2011. Summer"

We are actually sowing the seeds of discord in "our own house." Similar issues arose with the previous newcomer, and they will arise again in the next one, and all because of something very simple: there are no SINGLE, UNQUESTIONABLE RULES that cannot be interpreted in two ways! Well, if it's up to the organizers, then the tournament should be called "Newcomer 2011 among newcomers who are considered such by the organizers," and there will be no disputes. I'm not saying that anyone is misinterpreting the meaning of the word "newcomer," but everyone will understand it differently if each person interprets it in their own way. So, what is fundamental in this tournament? The concept of the word "NEWCOMER 2011-summer" or "NEWCOMER 2011 - summer, as determined by the organizers"? I think the difference is noticeable. If the latter is considered more important, then it is less valuable, because it is only the opinion of two people or however many organizers there are. If the former is given priority, then it should strictly adhere to the generally accepted concept (interpretation) of "NEWCOMER," so as not to discredit one's personal interpretations in relation to each player! We all have different perceptions of each other, and each of us has different perceptions of strength, skill, and the length of time playing Heroes, depending on personal encounters, rumors, which can be different for everyone, and so on. Thus, different impressions of strength are formed, as in this situation between Oelm and Rimpe12. Wouldn't it be easier to adhere to the letter of the law (the generally accepted interpretation) or rename the tournament so that it reflects its status, in order to avoid all unnecessary arguments?
