Yes, the game has some flaws. The balance was slightly improved in the patches, but the latest patch cannot be installed on the Russian version; only the previous one can, and it, along with balancing the mages, added a stable crash when casting spells carelessly. And the latest one, by the way, not only improved the balance but also redrew the Dark Elves; now they are no longer clones of the other two Elves but are quite distinct in appearance. I didn't use the chat at all, but yes, it's probably inconvenient; I wouldn't be surprised. In general, the main feature of the third part is the greatly expanded hero development; if you play with low-level heroes, it's better to play the second part, where at least the balance of the factions is much more noticeable, and there are no random critical hits.
