I tried to beat it with brute force, but I have to admit, I never actually finished Fallout 2. I played it hundreds of times, and always in different ways. I reached the tanker many times. I fought Frank about 10 times. But, magically, I always managed to fail right before the end, when I should have been enjoying the final cutscene. Either the game would crash, my computer would break down, or I just wouldn't have time to make the last few clicks, and then the game would be deleted. In short, it's complete nonsense, but I just have magical adventures with Fallout 2.
