Maybe I'm just out of touch, but are there still people with slow internet connections? Isn't this a problem in our time?

For example, my internet speed will be increased to 128 kb/s starting July 1st:smile41: and I'm very happy about that:smile44:
And it would be funny if it weren't so sad:D

P.S. off-topic: I don't see the point in arguing about ICQ vs. Skype vs. something else. As someone correctly said, ICQ is already a tradition for Heroes, so why invent something new, or why shouldn't someone just hang out in the in-game chat? That's also a good alternative.
