Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying: either pay up or make a very smart move. If the situation unfolds differently, then the loss of reputation is 100%. And if there are clever people who dislike Ubisoft, they will constantly advise their friends and others, officially explaining who Ubisoft is, what tricks they pull, and how to deal with them so they don't get the upper hand. Ubisoft is gradually going bankrupt because users won't want to deal with such a terrible company and won't buy their products. Maybe then the rights to Heroes and other games will be sold by the bankrupt company, and we might see something completely new.
If that's the alternative scenario, I'll personally contribute and whisper to the right people. But if the right move is made or the money is returned, then everything is fine.
As for the garbage I listed... I don't even want to talk about it.
