I was being ironic and joking. If you don't understand, don't bother. Besides, the phrases there were quite complete and fully corresponded to the originals. Moreover, it doesn't even relate to the current conversation.

The essence of what has been happening in Haven over the past day and a half:

I expressed a thesis, offended fanboys rushed in and poured a bucket of resentment and contempt on me; I left a post in which I thoroughly and neutrally substantiated my position; fanboy number one immediately dismissed it, saying that he doesn't care, la-la-la, he plugged his ears, he's not listening to you; fanboy number two left an irrelevant post and added a little fuel to the fire; fanboy number three began to use secret Tibetan methods of trolling and wanted to act like a boss, but I tried not to give in, without crossing the line into personal attacks.
And why, I wonder, should I be here, monitoring the interestingness of the argument with overquoting, when I was attacked and accused of everything imaginable? Or why should I demonstrate my superiority by not engaging in a discussion, pointing my finger at the fanboys and laughing "olololo, someone is wrong on the internet"? When I can calmly explain my position, preserving at least dignity in my own eyes, "I tried."
