Production costs. They were formidable, but then the witches came and started starving them. :) Beat your own, so that others will be afraid. :) Heh, the dragons were lucky! The Minotaurs were put in cages and chained up:D
Yeah, and put a dragon on a chain! It would be like in the second Heroes game, where in the intro, Archibald is sitting, and next to him is a dragon on a chain! :D
