Idiotism is calling everything you don't like "crap" and saying that everyone around is just upset.

Idiotism is seeing a long post in which the speaker's position is explained in detail, and dismissing it with, "I don't care what you're saying, I exaggerated, I just expressed myself, I didn't claim my statement was true, I just blurted something out without any arguments."

There are objectively good things, and objectively bad things. There is a hypothetical president of a hypothetical European country who has been in power for eight years. This president is bad, unimportant, says a war veteran begging in an underground passage. No, an oligarch replies, who received permission from his old partner to embezzle the state budget, with whom they go skiing and relax in the sauna every year, this president is good, and I don't care about your opinion at all. And the war veteran sighs, shakes his head, and goes back to the underground passage to beg. Because his pension is meager, his health is weak, and his rent was raised again in January.
Is that a clear analogy? Probably not, because you live in almost greenhouse conditions. You are well-fed and content, it is warm and bright, your mind is free to roam, and your views acquire a certain arrogant tinge. While someone else had to eat buckwheat for months, borrow money wherever they could to get a piece of coarse bread with butter, and receive court summons from the housing office for a debt of one hundred thousand for the apartment.
But what does all this matter, of course, nothing. You just exaggerated, you didn't want to prove anything to anyone, you didn't have any arguments. You just threw it out there. Why not, if you can. You are a calm, content person with broad views.
