Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Fallout 2, Heroes 3, Baldur's Gate 2, Heroes 5

These are old games. They are already simpler to modify, which is why there are so many amateur modders. But I don't see any advantages in this. It's definitely more enjoyable to play an official expansion pack, which is made with care, than to force yourself to enjoy the "creativity" of these, as someone here put it, "kids." It only spoils the impression of the game.
