I installed the file, but it didn't work. I reinstalled it, shortening the file name, and it didn't produce any errors during installation. Still, it didn't work. The initial cutscenes play, then there's a black screen with music playing in the background. A white frame flashes in the middle of the screen, as if some application is trying to run through the game, but nothing appears. Any other solutions?
