HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

either 1: place a fast CRANIM in HiRezData\Packs\<folder of the pack being used>
you can find the folder of the pack being used in HiRezData\HiRez.ini, parameter #2
or 2: delete the CRANIM in HiRezData\Packs\<folder of the pack being used> and place the fast CRANIM in Data
