I'm having a problem with Heroes of Might & Magic V: Tribes of the East. I used to play it normally and completed a lot of the game. Then I had some computer issues and had to reinstall the system several times. Eventually, I reinstalled Heroes after about six months. Now, when I launch the game, I see the menu and the name input field, but instead of the battling cyclops in the background, there's a black screen. The game freezes, the computer freezes, and the screen occasionally displays "no signal." However, the task manager shows that Heroes is still running. Please help me figure out what the problem is. P.S. I haven't changed my hardware. Could it be that the game isn't compatible with Windows 7? P.P.S. The disc is a licensed copy.
