The other day, out of boredom, I was rummaging through some computer games and found a special edition of The Witcher (the first one). Inside, there was the game, an expansion pack, a world map (I love those), some extra materials, and a booklet with a story (actually, with the first chapter of the first book). I started reading it while the game was installing, and I couldn't put it down. It's very interesting. Now I'm reading the whole book. But in the book, before the first chapter, there's an erotic scene. Why? Why does the book have to start with that? In my opinion, it's not the best way to attract the reader's attention; after all, it's a fantasy saga, not a collection of erotic stories. But overall, it's very interesting. And the game is excellent. It's incredibly atmospheric.
