Round table

What the heck is this? Can someone explain? I decided to play a mirror match, generating a Dungeon map, but the heroes I get are Elves for Haven and Fortress. Before that, they were Necropolis. How do I make it so that both players have the same heroes? They can't be chosen; one player has them, and the other doesn't.
