Opened the map in the editor. It's clear that it's the work of an amateur, but an experienced one: the landscapes are very monotonous, there are no stones or grass, but at least there are trees. There are a lot of artifacts lying around in piles. Look at professional maps - there are 1-2 of them, not 5-6. There are very few events, and those are calendar-based. I can't say anything about the balance. In short, keep working, and everything will be great; it's a good start, overall.
