It's been a long time since we should have (censored) forgotten about that ICQ as a terrible nightmare! Enough of forcing it on everyone as the default option. We need to write in the rules - use Skype for communication. ICQ (AOL) is a relic of the past, and a very buggy one at that, at least Jabber is better. Let's get rid of it!
