In this situation, there wouldn't be enough "noobs" to handle it, especially within the first 2 minutes. The template has around 40 zones and a full set of various teleporters. In short, forget about these experiments. The other day, I played a "True Random" template with a Bulgarian player; it was also for connoisseurs – a rather poor starting point, but with about 50-99 angels as guards nearby. It's completely unbalanced.
