I was thinking about it and realized that besides pants, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, shirts, sweaters, and hoodies, my wardrobe also includes "those pants," "those pants over there," "a cool thing," "that cool thing," "you know, the striped one," "the thing with a hood," "my green one," "you know, that one!," "the one with the zipper," "that one, damn, what's it called?," "a really comfortable one," "you know, the one we bought," and "the one that [name] gave me."
Lately, I've been wearing more dresses. They're comfortable, beautiful, and easy to put on. I wear t-shirts and tank tops (with shorts, capri pants, or summer pants) if the dress is in the wash or if I have activities planned where wearing a dress could result in hopelessly ruined clothes and unwanted panty flashing.
And I only have one shirt. It's from the pantsuit I wore for the last school bell ceremony. However, if I were a guy, I think I would have more than one shirt.
