Yes, and it will always be this way. There will always be someone who is dissatisfied. The question is the amount of criticism. If 1 person criticizes, and 4 like it, then it means everything is fine, but if 4 criticize, and only 1 likes it, then the game is for a niche audience and won't appeal to the masses.
