I wasn't talking about anyone or thinking about anyone specifically; I primarily wanted to establish a connection, and then think about the game.

I'm trying to figure out how to play the game online, but I can't even create an account.

That's the problem. If I enter the login and password from my account on bioware.com, it tells me that the username and password are incorrect. If I click on "create a new account" directly in the game, it tells me that the CD key is invalid, even though I'm using a key generator, and there shouldn't be any problems with that. Otherwise, there's no way to play multiplayer at all; there's nowhere to connect to. And yes, is there a Russian language pack available for the latest version, 1.69? By the way, that's the version I have installed right now.
