Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Maybe they'll kill her while I'm dealing with the bandits in New Reno. I leveled up to 15, and I was thinking about what to take... either a reduction in the cost of shots or charisma, so I could immediately recruit Marcus. I could increase my charisma to 9, and then go to the cemetery in New Reno and find sunglasses that give a bonus to charisma, but what's the point? I'd waste time, and I don't want to go to the cemetery right away. Besides, I'll spend the skill point anyway and wait until level 18 to take the Rapid Fire skill. So, I'll take charisma and that's it. By the way, they won't let me into the Vault City and some other bars (like in Redding) because of the ghoul.
