Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I assure you, based on Warcraft, they've created all sorts of things. Fighting games, old-school arcades, a board game, an action game...
In terms of the editor's "openness," it's among the best, if not the best.

As for the graphics, it's a matter of taste. It's not the most technologically advanced (certainly), but it's quite stylish (it has more style than in WoW, where they ruined many successful designs from w3, such as the Annihilators, which look much more pathetic and less impressive).
