The physics description states that it is deactivated. But why, who, and how was it deactivated? I tested it, and collecting these artifacts doesn't work. The information was taken from Wikipedia.

This artifact grants an ability where all units attack twice, and raiders and cruisers attack three times :eek:
This artifact exists in "In the Wake of Gods," and you can enable it in "The Succession Wars" if you wish.
