Walkthrough for the "Tribes of the East" expansion.

Started playing the first mission of the Orc campaign. In the middle of the mission, a scripted cutscene starts to play, but it immediately cuts off, and my hero and an endless hourglass are displayed. The mouse moves, but nothing can be done, not even exiting the game. I have to kill the process. I googled it, downloaded patch 3.1, installed it, loaded the previous save, and it's still the same. What should I do?
